Senior Interior Designer

Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
A Senior Interior Designer job is now available in Surrey. The successful candidate will be working on all stages of luxury residential projects varying from multi-unit schemes to smaller, private ones. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident multitasker looking for a new challenge within the high-end residential sector.
The practice work on projects in Prime and Super-Prime locations in London, with a growing portfolio of projects currently valued at approximately £70M. The ideal candidate will be happy and confident working on all project stages and must have the ability to work independently when needed.
Role & Responsibilities
– Working on concept development and client presentations
– Working on all design stages both individually and as part of a team, depending on the project
– Producing technical packages, specifications and details of all internal aspects
– Involvement on all FF&E stages
– On site visits.
Required Skills & Experience
– 4+ years' experience in luxury residential design (private or developments)
– Proven experience working on projects from concept development through to handover
– Strong technical knowledge and skills. Must be able to produce all technical packages
– Confident producing detailed drawings for bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms etc
– FF&E knowledge including finishes, materials and schedules
– Experience managing and delivering projects on site
– Experience using AutoCAD and Adobe Suite. Sketch Up would be advantageous.
What you get back
– Salary range: £45,000 – £50,000 fully DOE
– Option to work from home on Fridays.
