VR Environment Artist
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £250 – £300/day
FourPointZero are working with an exciting start-up operating across the healthcare industry. The company has been well received by several government funding bodies, and as a consequence, they have successfully received finance to create a range of new medical simulations. The company specialises in creating immersive training simulations utilising VR technology. Due to the increased funding and demand for their product, they are looking to hire a freelance Senior Environment Artist to help create various environments for their amazing VR training simulations.
Requirements for Senior Environment Artist
* Strong background in environment design
* Knowledge/Experience in creating environments for VR/training simulations
* Experience with Unity
* Worked with modelling applications 3DSmax/Blender/Maya/Photoshop etc.
* Expert skills in shaders, texturing and optimisation
* Experience creating photorealistic assets and environments
* Ability to work on your own or in a team
* Ability to hit strict and difficult deadlines
