AUTOCad Draughtsman
I am currently looking for a Project Engineer / Draughts Person for one of our Marine clients based in Peterborough with experience of the following:
Significant AutoCAD experience and competency.
Practical approach to problem solving supported by sound engineering aptitude.
Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
Experience in a related field i.e. Tooling, fabrication, factory layouts, Site Engineering.
Must be highly motivated and able to work unsupervised in a demanding role outlook
Reasonable computer skills in excel, word outlook etc.
Contract Details:
ASAP Start
9 Month Contract
Based in Oundle, Peterborough
Rate discussed upon application
JOB SCOPE:
Produce drawings for fabrication work for trolleys, staging, and racks etc.
Liaise with internal personnel to obtain the primary information for fabrication design.
Liaise with suppliers of services and goods to ensure good delivery of solutions for the internal customers.
Become active member of Facilities team and support other facilities work activities including some project work.
Factory layouts design and drawing
Supplier, contractor, and equipment selection, ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations in addition to ensuring working practices employed are compliant to company procedures.
