Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £25000/annum
Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a forward-thinking established company based in Battle, to find an experienced Bathroom Designer.
My client specialises in the design, supply and installation of luxury bathrooms starting from £20,000.
Full-time, permanent; Monday-Saturday, with a day off during the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting, greeting, and directing customers around the showroom
Taking all customers details and adding them to the CRM
Chasing leads, quotations, and order payments daily, keeping an up-to-date customer database with a pro-active approach
Providing the customer with detailed information and advice on products
Being accountable for keeping yourself up to date with product knowledge
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Owning customer problems, keeping them informed until a resolution has been found
Answering customer queries over the telephone or in person
You will ideally have experience working within a luxury retail bathroom environment, although any other relevant experience will be considered, as well as the following essential qualities:
A proven track record in sales, ideally in the bathroom industry
Experience and an understanding of selling at premium prices
Experience in selling bathrooms and tiles
Experience designing bathrooms using virtual worlds – training is available if required
Previous experience gained in a retail or customer-facing background
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and good people skills
Able to negotiate effectively and communicate on all levels
Good organisation skills and the ability to work on several jobs at once
