Electrical Design Engineer

Our leading client who are within the technical sector, based in offices in Heywood, north Manchester are looking for a Design Electrical Engineer to join a friendly, hardworking team.
The role of a Design Engineer is as follows:
Projects
" Liaise with customers on project requirements
" Generate project specific documentation
" Project schedule documentation
" Attend project specific meetings with the companies technical team
" Liaising with operation manager on workshop scheduling and through put
" Project specific budget monitoring
Design
" Electrical control system design
" Design hardwired electrical circuit drawings in AutoCAD Electrical
" Create technical documentation pertaining to the projects
" Create parts listings for panel and field equipment
" Support the Design manager with office tasks
" Help train junior design engineers
This is an excellent opportunity and comes with career progression, you will be a valid member of the team.
Salary is £36,000 – £38,000 – 40 hours per week (flexible) with overtime sometimes necessary – paid at overtime rate.
You are required to have a driving licence and also a valid passport as there could be some fully expensed business trips included.
