An established brand that specialises in performance apparel and accessories is currently recruiting for a Junior Garment Technologist with strong multi-product womenswear and menswear experience to join their fast-growing Head Office team.
As a Junior Garment Technologist you will be responsible for conducting fit sessions and attending development meetings ensuring the fit and quality of all garments throughout the entire process are consistent. You will be responsible for wash care instructions, test reporting, and labelling; working closely with external suppliers and factories, and internal departments.
The ideal applicant must have previous Garment Technologist experience working across multi-product menswear or womenswear for a high-street fashion retailer, lifestyle brand or sportswear retailer. You must a strong understanding of garment construction, design specs and grading. You must possess strong communication (written & verbal and I.T skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe software packages.
