A fast growing lifestyle brand that set the trends for premium menswear, womenswear and accessories are currently looking for an Assistant Product Developer with strong apparel and accessories experience to join their growing Product Development team.
As an Assistant Product Developer you will be required to support the product development team with building and maintaining design packages, accurately communicating requirements to the supply base. You will source fabrics & trims, update and maintain the critical path, and assist with the development and execution of seasonal collections that fulfils both the requirements of the Designer and the Product manager. You will be based in their Central Manchester head office, being a valued member of the Product Development team, reporting directly to the Product Manager.
The ideal candidate must have previous apparel Product Development or buying experience working at an entry-level for a high street, sportswear or lifestyle brand. Possessing a strong understanding of product development, product construction, with experience working with external suppliers and Far East factories, demonstrating exceptional communication, organisation and I.T skills.
