Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £35000/annum
Conrad Consulting are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join a medium-sized Residential Developer in Edinburgh.
This role will involve the coordination of internal and external consultants to bring early design proposals through the planning process with the ultimate aim of assisting in the development of a high-quality Residential product.
The succesful Architectural Technician will meet [most of] the following criteria:
Residential and Social housing sector experience (New-build preferred).
AutoCAD proficiency.
Knowledge of Scottish Building Regs & NHBC regulations.
Understanding of Construction detailing.
Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
To demonstrate initiative, motivation, responsibility and commitment to the role.
