Junior Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum
Conrad Consulting are offering a unique opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technician to join a thriving Architectural & Planning consultancy near Knutsford, Cheshire.
This company have been in operation for over 10 years and have a wealth of experience that has seen them rise to become one of the most prominent names in the local Architectural & planning market. They have remained incredibly busy throughout early 2020 and have secured numerous projects that will keep their team busy for the years to come. For this reason they are looking for an additional hire; initially to support the office but with scope to grow into a more prominent role within the company.
They mainly work on projects situated within the Greenbelt including: Residential schemes, Barn conversions, Farm buildings and the occasional larger-scale Industrial scheme. They are incredibly passionate about their company and as such have developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects to a repeat client-base.
The successful candidate will be working alongside an established Architectural & planning team that offer an unlimited scope for individual progression.
Key requirements for the Junior Architectural Technician to meet are:
Minimum 1 years experience working in an Architectural role.
AutoCAD experience is essential.
Previous experience working on projects within the Greenbelt and an awareness of the challenges they possess.
Prior knowledge/awareness of writing design & access statements, planning statements and developing measured site surveys.
Living within commutable distance of Knutsford, Cheshire.
