Our client is an independent cost construction consultancy in the heart of the City of London. They are looking to hire a Temporary Marketing Design Executive to join their team.

The role is paying £14-15 per hour depending on your experience and is a 37.5 hour working week. The role will be three months long with a hybrid working model of 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.

Duties

Support in everyday creative development and design of Bid and marketing collateral.

Bid and BD documents

Creating and preparing bid and marketing documents using InDesign (70%)
Assisting in maintaining graphics library
Designing icons / graphics for reports & presentations
Maintaining/advancing our image library, ensuring complete copyright compliance
Capability Statements
Case studies
CVs
Editing in Adobe Photoshop
Keeping bid library up to date
Maintain 'our business' documents

Marketing support

Creation of marketing collateral and documentation
Internal and client events support
General day to day BD and office support
Support in updating the company website
Support with creating and delivering social media campaigns
Collating and sending weekly news summary
Awards documentation preparation
Article / media design and proofing
Marketing and BD Project Tracker

Microsoft office support

Compiling/creating documents
Using Word and Excel
PowerPoint and InDesign

General Administration

Word processing – invoices, letters, minutes etc
Photocopying, filling, scanning
Branding non-brand compliant documents before they are sent out
Designing and printing CD contract labels
Document binding
Compiling/amending PDF documents
Support on proposals placemats, presentations etc
General reception support / cover
Business cards
New starter profiles

Key Skills

Required

Adobe InDesign (Intermediate – Expert)
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Intermediate – Expert)
Microsoft Office incl. Word, PowerPoint & Excel (Intermediate – Expert)
Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate – Expert)
Great attention to detail and proofing skills
