Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
An award-winning practice with an exceptional reputation have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their established practice based in the suburbs of north Leeds.
Due to expanding current workload they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their established team working on projects in various sectors including commercial, residential, refurbishment and leisure at various RIBA stages throughout the UK. The successful Architectural Technologist will have a minimum of 5 years' experience postgraduate to assist in technical detailing using CAD and Revit to deliver projects of varying size and complexity across their core portfolio of work.
The Architectural Technologist must have the following skillset –
* Relevant Architectural qualification (Degree, HND, HNC, etc )
* Current understanding of the UK Building Regulations and planning process.
* Candidates will demonstrate a full working knowledge of CAD and Revit where the ability to use
* Sketchup and photoshop will be advantageous.
* Provide strong technical design support to projects and be able to deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements.
* Have some previous job running and site-based project delivery experience.
* Excellent client facing skills
* Team player

Salary depending on experience is between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + benefits.
