An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join a national recruitment company based in Walsall.
This role is officed based in Walsall and will involve working within the marketing team, and play a fundamental part in shaping the look and feel of the future brand.
Job role at People Solutions:
You will produce high-quality creative artwork that challenges the norm and raises brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Artwork and amend existing collateral such as brochures, large print graphics, social media materials, presentations, and website content;
* Work across multiple platforms including external and internal company websites, social media management tools, and Google analytics;
* Take a lead role in managing the social media calendar of events;
* Produce written copy in keeping with the company’s tone of voice;

* Create assets to support bids & proposals;

* Be involved with long-term design projects including company websites & intranet;
* Work with external print suppliers on brand merchandise;
* Provide a marketing help-desk service to the wider business;
* Keep up to date with design trends to help shape our creative outputs;
Experience & Skills Required
* A minimum of 3 years industry design experience;
* Confident in using Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign);
* Ideally degree educated in Graphic Design or an equivalent subject;
* Art working and print production skills;
* An eye for minimalist design and good layout skills;
* Excellent planning and organisation skills;
* Basic copywriting skills – headline and social media content;
* Experience of working in a fast-paced creative team;
