Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £2583 – £3228/month

I am working with a leading Interior Design Consultancy in Dubai, who require a Procurement Officer. Minimum 5 years' experience of which 3 years should be in a manufacturing unit.

Resonsibilities:

Arrange price enquiries and get competitive price quotes from suppliers.
Prepare price comparison sheets.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for discount, better payment terms to get the best value for each purchase/sub-contract.
Prepare and release purchase orders paying attention to details and accuracy of quantity, rate, payment and delivery terms and conditions.
Prepare and submit detailed advance payment list for all projects.
Follow up and collect supplier / sub-contractor invoices and issue to Accounts / PQS to process certification and payment.
Obtain and Prepare procurement schedule from suppliers / sub-contractors.
Prepare and submit weekly procurement schedule for all projects.
Attend internal project meetings and provide procurement related updates.
Prepare and submit sustainability procurement tracking sheet of projects and internal office purchases.
Attend supplier / sub-contractor meeting for procurement purpose.
Make sure that suppliers are pre-approved as per the ISO processes CSR based purchasing guidelines and sustainable purchasing policies.
Maintain and increase supplier database through approved supplier list.
Assist in transport of local material related logistics and analyse inventories.

Key Requirements:

B Com/BA Accounting/Diploma in Procurement/Purchase Management, CILT or other.
MS Office (Word and MS Excel)
Familiar with working ERP systems.
Minimum 5 years' experience of which 3 years should be in a manufacturing unit.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
