Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Designer to join our client based in Windsor.
The successful Senior Technical Designer will be responsible for:
Working on projects from taking and developing the initial brief to delivering and seeing the job through to completion
Working on several projects at any one time
Managing the client through both the conceptual and technical design process
Delivering high quality architectural production drawings / information for both costing and construction purposes from project inception to completion in AutoCAD
Preparing architectural tender/construction information
Undertaking site surveys
Liaise with local authorities (planning officers, building control etc.)
Attending client & site meetings and presentations
The Senior Technical Designer will have:
Technically biased interior design background
Experience working on several projects at any one time.
Commercial awareness & ability to design to a budget.
Proficiency using latest version of AutoCAD and experience of producing detailed technical drawing packages.
Working knowledge of M&E coordination.
Working knowledge of planning/building control issues/regulations.
Excellent time management and communication skills
Driving licence and own car
