The role:

We are actively seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer utterly immersed in the web + mobile ecosystem, with an eagle eye for design, skilled in the art of visual design and at home producing eye watering visuals for clients spanning multiple markets. You sweat the detail and relish a challenge; you'll produce appropriate deliverables which get everyone on board and motivated to succeed. You've seen the deliverables in action; information architecture diagrams, user journeys, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes, and fully appreciate the benefits they bring to any project.

Required Experience:

· Collaborating with clients and end-users, leading workshop sessions in order to gather requirements
· Translating requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs that lead to intuitive and engaging user experiences
· Identifying design problems, asking intelligent questions and devising elegant solutions
· Working closely with project teams to ensure the design and development is aligned with the user experience – realise the vision – throughout the project life cycle
· Experience in user centred design and design principles
· Experience interpreting brands and integrating brand standards into design decisions
· Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
· Engaging workshop facilitation skills and techniques
· Willing to seeking out feedback and constructive criticism on your work
· Strong communication skills, face-to-face and remotely
· Effective communicator with excellent presentational skills across different audiences

Desirable Experience:

· Experience in user centred design and design principles
· Experience working in agile, and/or scrum based projects
· Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
· Exposure to GDS digital principles and designing for accessibility
· A degree (preferably in a discipline relevant to Art, Design or Usability), Professional Certification to a similar level or related work experience
