CAD Technician

Are you happy doing a pure CAD role? Do you have some industry experience using AutoCAD or Revit? If so, a busy design agency near Colchester are looking to recruit a CAD Technician to work predominately for one client, the role can be a bit repetitive but if you like doing a pure CAD role then this could be your dream job.
Duties
Produce CAD drawings to client requirements for proposed space plans, initial concepts and technical drawings.
Sending and receiving data electronically
Various other admin related duties, including creation of and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
Skills & Experience
Must have AutoCAD experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good numeracy and literacy are essential skills.
Own transport is essential.
Candidates need to be well motivated, good team players with good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service.
