E-Learning Designer

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum Up to £35K per annum plus 10% annual

Our client is one of the leading travel marketplaces for self-employed travel entrepreneurs. With an extensive network of independent travel agents running successful leisure and corporate travel companies, fully supported by our great team of talented people, they are now looking for an E-Learning Designer to take business to the next level.
  
The Role
Our client is looking for a creative individual to take the business further than ever before.
  
Key Responsibilities include:

Develop fresh, innovative and interactive training through the use of excellent digital content creation.
Develop procedures and processed into learning that is easily interpreted.
Develop compelling and digestible training resources in conjunction with SME’s to maintain consistent quality and tone of voice.
Support and actively contribute to the development of a wider learning strategy.
Execute new concepts in line with current and upcoming trends.
Proactively collaborate across all teams to develop clear guidelines for upcoming projects, featuring design, imagery and production requirements.
Execute upcoming projects from concept to completion to a high standard.
Be an active member of the L&D team assisting with group projects and the delivery of hen-house training solutions.   
About you

Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to articulate strategies and business values in a clear and concise manner.
Driven, passionate and enthusiastic with a track record of hitting deadlines.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with exception analytics and planning skill.
Effective organisation with a creative approach to problem solving.
Use own initiative to drive results.   
Experience and Qualifications

Previous experience managing end to end eLearning, digital learning and technology education.
Teaching or digital learning qualification desired.
Excellent digital content creation skills, using a variety of techniques and initiatives.
Highly articulate with the ability to simplify complexity, lead from the front and experience in building relationships.   
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Manchester office and 2 days WFH. The role is paying up to £35k per annum plus an annual 10% bonus for the right candidate
