We are looking for a passionate, talented and self-motivated motion designer/video editor to join our creative team, taking on some very exciting projects with household-name brands. This is a great opportunity to flex your skills and make your mark on a business.
The role:
The role we are looking to fill would involve working with a creative lead, videographer, and illustrator on a wide range of projects including branding presentations, explainer videos, interviews, podcasts, social posts, and animations. This is a broad scope, but the main area we are looking for support with is producing videos – both with graphics and film.
What we're looking for:
· Ideally a BA or equivalent in relevant art, design or interactive field
· Creative mind and storytelling skills is a must
· Expert ability using After Effects and Premier Pro
· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
· Knowledge of Illustrator
· Experience with 3D modelling such as blendr, adobe dimensions or Cinema 4D
· Strong presentation and communication skills
· A desire to always improve and develop new skills
· As a motion designer, you should have good knowledge of motion theory, and a good sense of movement and timings. You should be sensitive to design theory, layout, graphic design and show visual skills beyond keyframes and technical knowledge.
· Character animation/rigging a bonus. Good knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder, as well as video codecs and audio/video specifications and technological limitations is required.
