Salary: £22,500- £24,000

Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 Hours per week- Flexible working, currently operating 2 days office based and 3 days home working. 2pm Friday finish during the summer months

The Role

To be responsible for working on multiple projects in support of the Account Management team within the UK and internationally. Working with stakeholders, managers and clients across the wider business, playing an instrumental part in the overall customer experience through strong administration and communication skills. Providing the highest levels of service is a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Producing documentation on behalf of clients and inlinewith Account Management requests
Compiling data on behalf of key clients and in support of Account Managers
Working on multiple projects to meet specific deadlines on behalf of new and existing clients
Producing strong content and material for client renewal packs
Direct commuinication with customer, large and small, including Educational Institues
Building strong relationships with customer to ensure, responding the requests
Actively participate in annual exhibition and attend tradeshows throughout the year
Keeping up to date with innovation and industry newsKnowledge and Skills

Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the desire and determination to succeed
Good time management is essential
Must possess strong organisation skills
Requires good communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels both within the Company and with external organisations or clients.
Ability to come up with new ideas and provide solutions to ensure the ongoing improvement of Account Management practices.
Confident in data analysis and strong eye for detail
Skilled in the use of reporting and communications tools- Excel, Powerpoint etc
Trained to expert level in the use of tools such as Word, Excel Adobe, PhotoshopEducation/ Experience

Experience in the development of compelling sales collateral documentation
Experiened in using Word/ Adobe/ Powerpoint
Graduate with 1 years postgraduate or sandwich year experience
Exposure within a commerical office environment, ideally in a client support capacity
Industry knowledge is advantageous or a genuine person or interest in the textile/ apparel industry
