Part Time Freelance Copy Chaser
Our client is seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors on artwork such as fonts, missing images etc and who has good organisational time management and telephone skills.
You will call or email clients to ensure that the artwork is in on time and liaise with clients regarding artwork requirements in line with spec sheets. You will have the ability to produce basic artwork and carry out minor amendments and create PDF files. You will file artwork/copy in the correct folders/files for that specific month of issue and have basic knowledge of InDesign programme desirable. You will be required to impose finished adverts onto ROP pages ready for the transfer folder. You will also produce low resolution PDFs in advance for copy deadlines and email out to all clients.

AVAILABILITY
You will be able to work the office Wednesday and Thursday of both deadline weeks (normally the middle 2 weeks of the month)
You will work approx 7 hours per week and live locally to the Hampton Court area
