Architectural Assistant

Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum
Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an Architectural Assistant on behalf of modern, award-winning Architectural practice near Preston.
This position is offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of a leading Architectural studio under the guidance of numerous, creative minds. You will work closely with the Practice Directors to design unique buildings in the North-West region and across the UK. With their guidance and mentorship there is plenty of opportunity to grow and enhance your portfolio whilst working towards your full RIBA/ARB qualifications.
Traditionally the practice works on a wide range of project types within the Education, Commercial and Residential sectors. The work is mostly dotted around the Lancashire region and their busy pipeline of upcoming projects for the year ahead is close to bursting. They need additional support in the form of an Architectural Assistant that can contribute additional skills and experience to their talented team.
We are hoping for the Architectural Assistant to meet the following criteria:
·Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level as a minimum. Recently Qualified Architects would be considered.
·Experience with one of the following softwares: REVIT, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, MicroStation.
·Education, Commercial, Leisure or Residential project experience.
·Excellent communication skills are essential. (Both written & Verbal).
·Good time management skills with the ability to organise & prioritise workloads effectively.
Salaries are negotiable for suitable candidates: Circa £25,000-£28,000
