Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum

A 9-month maternity cover contract role is available for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage creative projects from briefing through to completion.
You will support the creative team by effectively managing the traffic workflow of all projects, ensuring they are completed on budget, on time, and to brief. This hybrid role requires you to travel into the Swindon offices one day a week for collaborative team meetings, usually Tuesdays but you need to be flexible to attend any other meetings as required.
Joining the business at an exciting time of growth, you will support a small team of talented creatives to help keep their busy workloads running smoothly. Previous experience of supporting a creative team is not essential, but top-notch organisation and project management skills are imperative to support the team.
Working to support a busy team, your role as Project Coordinator will include:
* Coordinating, planning, and delivering the projects of the UX, Creative, and Group Marketing teams.
* Supporting the day-to-day resource planning.
* Transforming briefs using Asana into structured and organised project plans for the creative team to follow.
* Working closely with stakeholders, reporting on the development of briefs and projects.
* Being the key communicator between Marketing Managers, the creative team and other business units. Chasing and reviewing the inhouse resource management.
* Document project progress, reporting any issues to relevant positions.
* Booking and leading project meetings with key stakeholders.
* Pre-empting any potential bottlenecks with projects and communicating with all relevant stakeholders.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
* Project management, workflow/ traffic co-ordination experience.
* The ability to work on multiple projects to various deadlines, prioritising as you go.
* An organised, problem solving, customer focused approach to projects.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
