ROLE: Large Format Production Manager
SALARY: £30K-£40K depending on experience
LOCATION: Watford, Hertfordshire
Hours: 8am-4pm
My client are a leading provider within Large Format, Graphics and Signage and are looking for an experienced Large Format Graphics Production Scheduler to join their team.
You must show desire and pride in your work, have great attention to detail, be a good communicator and leader and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
They are looking for the following skills:
-To manage stock levels on manufactured goods and processing of all bespoke manufactured goods. Provide analytical support on products and customer to Estimating. Pricing of products and to action customer requests in line with margin targets and within timescales to ensure the UK POS brand proposition is maintained. Creation of works orders and production scheduling.
-Ensure manufactured stock levels are monitored and maintained through the use of MRP systems
-Costing and pricing of products in line with customer requirements, support estimating with customer quotations
-Maximisation of margin against agreed levels for all lines
-Strong understanding of all operational processes and their impact on cost of manufacturing
-Excellent understanding of materials and substrates and understanding of length of time that projects require.
-Supporting Production Manager by processing works orders and monitoring stock levels inline with demand
