This is an excellent opportunity to join a large print media organisation in a Artworker Team lead / Studio Manager role. This will be a hybrid role, split 50/50 between being a hands-on artworker and managing a small team. You will also have commercial responsibility for the studio, ensuring revenue targets and team KPIs are achieved

Main responsibilities: –
* Own the studio commercial model ensuring best value for the client
* Schedule the day-to-day work to ensure client expectations for quality and output are achieved
* Work with sales & customer services teams to promote Studio Services
* Be hands on providing a range of artworking services from simple copy amends to full create briefs across various print media
* Develop and embed robust processes for file management, commercial proposals, client liaison and project co-ordination
* Identify and optimise studio revenue opportunities
* Support the team to develop key skills in artwork production
* Manage team performance, appraisals, recruitment, and absence
Person Specification: –
* Proficient artworker adept at using adobe packages:- InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Personable with an ability to get the best out of people
* Excellent customer service skills
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
