Our client, a leading international advertising agency, is recruiting a Workspace Planning and Moves Manager to be based at their award winning head office in Kings Cross.
This is a high tech, high fashion, highly creative environment, where office services and image are paramount. We therefore need an individual who can assimilate to the culture and deliver to the highest standards.
Please note that availability to work some weekends, when many of the moves and changes happen, is essential (paid overtime).
The role itself oversees, from inception to completion, all office moves throughout the building, ensuring they run smoothly and are delivered on time and to budget.
Also to ensure that the offices are presented to an exemplary standard. To work as part of a team, with the Building Services Director, adding value and an excellent level of service to the clients and staff working with in the building.
Candidates need to have experience of CAD space planning, office design and project management gained within contemporary, branded, customer focused workspaces. We strive to be the best workspace in London.
A wider knowledge of facilities management H&S and M&E is beneficial, in particular office furniture, CCTV, IT and signage is advantageous.
The Package
Salary £40k to £50k plus 29 days holiday including Christmas closing and birthday
There will be regular weekend work managing moves, for which there is overtime of a flat rate of £250/day net.
