Our client established over thirty years specialise in the refurbishment and fitting out of commercial and industrial property. They give advice and guidance on all aspects of interior fit out. Due to the continued success of the business they are seeking to recruit a Specification Manager with experience in Commercial Interiors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Commercial Interiors refurbishment and traditional Design and Build Contracts in Specification/Sales – Route to Market – Architects Designers -Main contractors & End Users.Working Nationwide but with a focus on London/South/South East

An exciting new opportunity to build on your experince in Commercial Interiors
Managing the specification and service from start to finish
You will be calling on and pitching to architects/specifiers/end users and following
the projct through to completion
Target projects ard Offices Universities Hotels Schools and High End Residential
You will ideally have experience in project led specification sales and have sold into specifiers
A specification/sales background from within Commercial Interiors -Floor coverings- Lighting
Suspended Ceilings etc
A confident outgoing personality who enjoys the challenge and the regular travel
