Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £23000 – £30000/annum
Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a small-medium sized practice in Chester are looking to recruit an Intermediate level Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their studio at an exciting time.
This Chester office is expanding to cater for an increasing percentage of commissioned projects throughout the Chester/Cheshire/North Wales regions. Their requirement is for an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to assist the existing team by providing Technical support on a wide range of exciting projects.
Key requirements include:
Fully qualified Architectural Technologist (CIAT preferred)
A minimum 1 years practical experience (UK based).
To be self-motivated and driven.
Experience using one of the following software packages: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, REVIT.
Experience working on projects within the Residential sector is favourable.Personal Development:
They do not differentiate between those from Technical backgrounds and Architects with regards to senior promotions. Several of the current Senior team within the practice are from a Technical background.
