Your new role
You will be assisting with master-planning and speculative housing services, delivering exemplary schemes in varied sizes and settings.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have experience in developing master-plans, preparing outline and detailed planning applications and the development of houses and mixed use buildings. Capable of operating alone and managing small teams. And the ability to design equally by hand and computer. Experience of operating ArchiCAD is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. No prior experience of traditional or classical architecture is necessary provided individuals have a passion for the work they do.You will need 5+ years of professional experience and a degree in architecture or urban design for this role.
