An exciting opportunity for a senior PA to join a very successful contemporary architecture, practice who focus on urban planning, interior design and product design. working with private, corporate and public clients.
The Personal Assistant role is a pivotal link between the Director, management, and project teams internally as well as externally with clients and consultants. With experience at liaising with colleagues of all seniority and varying levels of. The PA is expected to take a leading role in admin best-practice and engage in other special projects driven by the Director.
Key responsibilities include: –
Diary & Travel management
Complex diary management across multiple time zones
Research and compile complex travel arrangements, both national and international
Assist with various projects
Manage all correspondence, including emails, letters and phone, draft responses and reminders
Compile invoices and expenses
Liaise between the director and internal colleagues, wider project teams, clients and external contacts
Manage invitations and corporate hospitality
Coordinate attendance of events, interviews, conferences and talks and work closely with the communications team on press related matters
Maintain contact database/development with current details
Assist with personal and private administration
Organisation of social events
Key skill required: –
Minimum 5 years' experience in a PA or studio capacity
Professional, resilient and attention to detail essential
Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Google platforms
Working knowledge of InDesign would be an advantage
