We are a market research company offering services to businesses looking to bring in extra customers. Our research offers services to our clients via speaking with the general public to find out positives and negatives of our clients’ services so they can keep up the good work and improve on areas they may not know about. This involves questionnaires, design, analysis and debriefing.
We pride ourselves on being a quant research specialist as we maximise the efficiency of our quantitative projects.
Your Role
You will work on all stages of the process which includes, quoting, commissioning and delivery. Working with our clients across many sectors, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys immersing themselves into project management. Adding value to clients’ questionnaires/scripts pre-launch, managing fieldwork/quotas, preparing client tab specs and quality checking data outputs.
Project management across all quant methodologies
Managing face to face and online projects
Helping other departments when workload is busy
Getting to know our clients & updating them on the projects
Open discussions in weekly catch-up meetings about project progress incl. any pro’s, con’s or learnings
Updating CRM database with any changes
Preparing quotes for any potential projects across all methodologies
Obtaining supplier quotes (for online projects)
Ensuring that all information is provided, and best prices sought from any outsource providers if required
Managing new projects
Updating Finance/Directors with any new commissions / external costs
Managing client expectations in terms of dates, timings, and fieldwork
Attending client kick off calls/Teams meetings where necessary
Ensuring the Data team are briefed, and all timings scheduled in
Proactively updating clients on the project relaying any issues/concerns that are prevalent
Working efficiently to meet/exceed targets
Cost control
Checking finalised surveys against the online link to ensure that all looping’s/routings are 100% correct before the study is launched/live
Adding value to clients’ scripts, suggesting relevant amends to the client as necessary and updating the script / data team
Managing panel set up (panel providers), soft launch and throughout fieldwork
Tab spec writing – producing a tab spec which is in line with the client briefing / questionnaire

The right person will be able to:
Demonstrate a high level of administration and organisation skills
Have good attention to detail
Be able to ‘think on your feet’
Have a level of project management or coordinating projects (industry experience is not essential for this role. All we ask, is that you have worked in a position which involves speaking with customers and managing a project of some kind with them)
Work well with numbers. You don’t have to be the greatest at Maths however, we do require someone who isn’t afraid to work with numbers and calculate when required
If you have Quantitative market research experience, this would be ideal but please apply if you don’t as we are happy to train people with the right attitude
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products (ie, Word/Excel)
Training:
Full training will be given. Once you are fully trained, you will be expected to use your own initiative and will run smaller projects on your own (with support as requested), for larger projects you will be overseen by a Director.
