My Client integrated agency, based in Surrey. The agency provides a blend of commercial and creative work for clients ranging from local government and charitable organisations to national and international blue-chip

The role:

* You will report to the Account Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to create exceptional work on time and within budget.

* You will collaborate with different teams and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.

* You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running.

* The role involves project and systems management, so your administration skills must be excellent, and you will need to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, whilst following agency and client processes.

* Daily review of workflow and ‘work in progress’ and work with the Account Managers to prioritise projects and plan forthcoming work within the studio

* Assign projects / work to the relevant designer

* Scope and cost projects, create estimates, create project timelines

* Stay on top of projects / WIP, scheduling briefings and internal reviews between designers / account team, follow up with work in the studio to ensure it is completed as planned

* Quality Checking and proof reading against client brief

* Project reconciliations and identifying solutions for out-of-scope

Requirements:

* 1-2 years’ agency experience, preferably in a full service / through the line agency, is desirable but not essential

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

* Excellent spoken and written communications skills

* Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible

* Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail

* Confidence, and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues and other stakeholders

* Be a problem solver – foresee potential issues before they arise, seek solutions Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
