Seasoned Project Architect required to join a dynamic award winning Multi-disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Practice based in Shipley, West Yorkshire. This opportunity is full time pay but you will only work 4 days per week and benefit from a 3 day weekend!

Due to sustained exponential growth and a robust future order book an experienced job running Project Architect is required to join their talented design team where you be immersed in challenging projects simultaneously.

Our client are specialists at delivering large commercial projects to clients in the Retail, Industrial and Logistical Industries across the whole of the UK, they also have a growing portfolio of work within the Residential Sector to include unique one-off builds, New Build Housing Developments and Garden landscape designs.

The Project Architect required for this role will ideally have roughly 5-10 years post qualification experience in a similar practice environment and have strong technical capabilities, most of their work spans across all RIBA stages so it essential for the Project Architect to be a solid all-rounder. We are looking for someone with excellent client facing / presentation skills and previous job running / Project delivery experience, you will be at the forefront of further developing an established client relationship and in turn be given full autonomy to manage the account in the best interests of the business.

The practice are heavily invested in to BIM systems and software, with various ongoing projects operating at BIM Level 2, the Project Architect entering in to this role should ideally have experience of using Revit software but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Clear progression routes will be on offer to the successful candidate as the practice continues to grow, making this an ideal opportunity for an Architect seeking to gain valuable experience in a collaborative cohesive work environment, there is no glass ceiling here!

Skills and qualifications required for this Project Architect position include the following:

·UK recognised qualifications, with circa 5 – 10 years of post part 3 experience.
·ARB registration / RIBA chartership.
·Experience of working in varied sectors, including; Residential, Retail, Education and Commercial schemes.
·Software proficiency in Revit, essential.

.Keen to climb the career ladder, ambitious and hungry to be successful in a growing business.
·Good technical skills, hands on at both design and technical delivery.

.Site delivery experience and good client facing skills.

The Project Architect will be offered a salary DEO in the region of £40,000 – £45,000 per annum based on a 4 day working week, you will also receive the following benefits –

6% employer pension, 30 days holiday, private Healthcare, flexible working, 4 day working week!
