We are looking for a motivated Traffic Manager to join a successful corporate communications agency. This new role has been created to support the Studio Manager with the operations and management of the creative and digital teams. If you have good experience managing digital work in an agency environment, this could be a fantastic opportunity to develop your career. The agency is based in central Birmingham with easy access by train. Their flexible working policy provides a balance between home and office working, however, you must be prepared to be in the office full-time for the first few weeks (onboarding process). The salary is £38k-£42k depending on experience.

The Role
Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be one of two Traffic Managers supporting the delivery teams. In your role you will be the main point of contact for resource planning, scheduling and trafficking queries for the Digital, Creative and Consultancy teams, ensuring all work flows efficiently in and out of the delivery teams. You will be the glue that holds everything together, working collaboratively with your colleagues in all departments to deliver work efficiently, effectively, and to deadlines, and ensuring projects are resourced accurately, making maximum use of the resource available. On a daily basis, you will manage work schedules and task assignments, resource allocations and requirements, monitor the quality of briefs, and organise and manage daily status meetings with internal stakeholders to review the daily workload and keep everyone informed and updated as to the progress and status of their projects. You will also plan the monthly and quarterly resource requirements, maintaining a long-term plan.
About You
You have at least 3 years' experience in scheduling and trafficking design, digital and print projects in an agency environment, with a sound understanding of the requirements of digital development work. You are familiar with a range of tools and methods for resource management and scheduling for interdependent resources. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing deadlines and remain calm and measured under pressure. You consider yourself highly organised and a problem-solver with a methodical approach and a strong eye for detail. Your experience has given you the confidence to negotiate, influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
