Creative Motion Graphic Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
A superb opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest-growing modern oral care brands in Europe! Due to growth, they are looking to employ a Creative Motion Graphic Designer. They are looking for a strong, yet flexible creative mind with a diverse range of creative skills and experience. You must be a keen visual storyteller, who can elevate ideas and turn them into videos, social shorts and explainer videos with real stopping power. You also enjoy developing concepts and taking them all the way through to the final product.
Responsibilities:
o Conceptualise, create, develop and pitch new, innovative and exciting ideas.
o Create consistent, on-brand motion graphics and graphic content that is commercial, fresh, elegant and exciting.
o Work with a diverse range of colleagues to devise and create work that tells an engaging and evocative story imparts key information and delivers design and marketing objectives.
o Work closely with the marketing team to create content for a wide range of digital marketing activities.
o Work with the broader team to create digital and print assets destined for retail.
o Respond to ad-hoc briefs promptly, whilst managing time efficiently, prioritising workload accordingly and maintaining a high level of organisation.
o After appropriate training and with ample support, create and amend graphic design assets for product packaging.
o Proactively develop and refine the creative identity, style and flair of your work.
o Uphold superb attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to produce accurate, precise and high-quality work.
o Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment of colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Experience:
o 2+ years of relevant, proven industry experience in motion graphics and graphic design,
o with some video editing experience, a big bonus.
o An impressive portfolio/showreel is a must – we are only considering candidates that share a portfolio/showreel.
o Extensive experience of After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, with a confident understanding of Premiere Pro and InDesign welcomed.
o Experience in how to use software such as Cinema 4D or Blender in the creation of motion graphics.
