Our client is a worldwide Family-run Fashion & Accessory brand based in Banbury and is looking to appoint a Senior Print Graphic Designer to join their Creative team, You will be actively progressing projects from conceptual stages through to design delivery. The Senior Print Graphic Designer plays a vital role within the business, you are responsible for signing off the team's artwork for use in brochures, events, online, in-store point of sale, advertising, PR, and internal communications. Main responsibilities:

Conceptualise to produce design templates for print and digital use
Confidently present ideas to the senior management team, actively contribute to innovation and troubleshooting through meetings
Be a great example of brand representation and vision to the other designers, always inspiring, engaging and motivating the team
Being responsible for end-to-end campaign calendar management
Having a clear knowledge of all stages of different project lifecycles to be able to manage own and teams workload effectively
Being able to follow seasonal department calendars and be accountable for delivering on the critical path as well as anticipating upcoming projects
Having an excellent understanding of the artwork as well as what responsive design is needed on different artworks, print and production
Ensuring brand guidelines are consistently followed
Designing and producing print-ready marketing material
Collaborate with Senior members of the Creative team to create client-facing presentations
Managing, support and mentor junior members of the team and lead by example, whilst communicating on the progress of your team's projects
Providing project management, with excellent time management and good communication to key stakeholders
Investigating and supporting the use of new design practices and technology

Key Skills & Experience:

Proficient understanding and execution of Design Principles: Alignment, Repetition, Hierarchy, Contrast, Balance, Typography
A love of visual storytelling, brand design and photography
Meticulous attention to detail and illustration aesthetic, with strong brand awareness
Advanced creative cloud suite and proficient graphic software skills within – Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro DC are essential
Understanding and knowledge of retail accessories, products, and trends with an in-depth understanding of the brand's target audience across both B2B and B2C; retail communications, in-store environment, and customer behaviour
Positive and inspiring team leader and team player
Driven designer with a flexible and versatile approach
Confident communicator across all levels of the business
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities, managing multiple projects within tight deadlines
A Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brand's perspective keeping within their core values and design
Related degree in fashion/graphics/marketing/events is desirable

Additional Information:

37.5 Hour working week
Hybrid Working 1 day in the office 4 days WFH
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
