Salary : £35000 – £42000/annum Hybrid working

Conrad Consulting have partnered with a reputable Architectural practice in Manchester in a bid to recruit an experienced Architect to join their busy practice and work on some fantastic, Conservation-focused projects.

Ideally we are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 2-years practical experience that is looking to take the next step in their Architectural career and gain exposure to some of the most innovative and exciting projects available throughout the North-West. The successful candidate here will be given autonomy and freedom to take charge of their own projects and offer expertise across the office and within the company as a whole. The Manchester office is one of the busiest within the wider company structure.

Initially this position has been created with a focus on one particular project. The role is to be based partly from an on-site project office and partly from the Manchester designs studio. There is also the option to work from home 2-days a week if preferred.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope for Senior Architect applicants to meet the following criteria:

ARB/RIBA qualified Architect – Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience preferred.
On-site experience is essential.
Heritage/Conservation experience.
REVIT & AutoCAD experience.
Awareness in the coordination of MEP.
Excellent communications skills: Both written and verbal
