Senior Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum
Senior Architectural Technologist required to form part of an established and reputable Architecture practice in central Manchester.
Having recently been commissioned on a number of high-profile, new-build projects there is now a requirement for a Senior level Architectural Technician or Technologist to join this reputable firm of Architects as they look to continue their excellent work in the development of innovative buildings.
This company are involved in a wide range of projects across multiple design sectors in their various regional offices. As your role develops here you will be exposed to projects within the following sectors: Residential, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Transport and various others. Your position here as a Senior Technologist will be to take a lead on several projects and help oversee the technical team, mentor lesser experienced members of the team and work closely with the Design team to create innovative design concepts.
In order to be considered for this role, (Most of) the following criteria should be met:
To hold a relevant architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc)
Have a minimum 5 years practical experience.
Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
Be able to use REVIT & AutoCAD to a high-standard.
Have excellent Technical & design skills.
Experience working on large-scale UK-based developments is essential.
Residential sector experience is preferred.
Salary: £38,000-£45,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)
