Salary : £18000 – £60000/annum + Commission

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Sales Design Consultant to work for a well established and well known company in the High Wycombe area.

Our client is one of the leading home improvement retailers in the UK.

This is a permanent role paying £22,000 + Uncapped Commission

Working Hours – 40 hours per week. 5 days of 7

Your duties will include:

* Delivering a bespoke journey to our customers

* Ensuring the customers receive a great and memorable service right from the very start

* Understanding the customers’ requirements and be able to convert them into inspiration designs

* Providing a memorable service and an outstanding customer experience through the customer journey to deliver both personal targets and support the total Showroom targets

* Supporting Showroom Advisors and other Team Members taking leads through observational coaching and recognising their performance when appropriate

* Finding inspirational solutions for customer’s projects

* Providing an industry leading service, from the first meeting, right through to a full aftercare service

* Promoting all of our services including finance and installation (where available)

* Following processes to ensuring remedial costs are minimised

* Supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of effective communications to ensure the showroom team are fully engaged and are kept up-to-date on all new products and services

* Carrying out competitor visits using the observations to support performance

* Taking responsibility for the standards in the showroom, including the implementation of promotions

* Ensuring the CRM system in line with company requirements and GDPR guidelines What we are looking for in our Design Consultant

This is an exciting new role for an aspiring Designer or Sales Person to make a difference in a family friendly environment.

The candidate:

* Previous experience within a sales targeted environment

* Experience with a customer experience environment

* Experience of Using CAD to design for a third party

* Strong communication and relationship building

* Commercially aware

* Self-motivated
