6 Months Contract Initial This is working with an amazing government organisation who are on the lookout for a user researcher to join onto a large project which is at discovery stage.
This will contain processes such as one-to-one and group interviews and using many more techniques.
An amazing opportunity for a researcher that is on the lookout for some effective, exciting work to be involved in.
What we'd like to see from you:
User research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of a project or programme
Recruiting participants, preparing discussion guides and moderating research sessions. – Work closely with product managers, designers and developers
Knowledge of (url removed) and the Government Service Standard / GDS
Passionate about User Researching
Strong Communication Contract
