Role: Flatbed Die Cutter Operator

Location: West Chester

Salary: £22.82/hour inclusive of shift allowance

Hours: The role is on an alternating shift pattern on a weekly basis between earlies, lates and nights so the candidate needs to be flexible.

We client are a well established Print Finishing/Carton Converting Company, who, due to increasing workload, are looking for an individual who is experienced in operating a Die Cutter Machine within the folding box board industry on a full-time basis. Experience is essential and additional training will be given in regard to this physical and manual role.

We are looking for an employee who is:

Experienced within the industry – must have experience operating a Flatbed Die Cutter ideally a Bobst 142 or similar.

Physically fit and able to undertake lifting and carrying

Able to problem solve, monitor and use initiative

Able to monitor own quality control measures.

Able to work as part of a team

Able to communicate effectively

Flexible

Reliable
