Rate: £24-29 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Overall Responsibilities:
We are looking for an independent, motivated and creative UX Researcher to assist us with a customer empathy program to let all of our stakeholders (PM, Eng, UXD, etc.) hear the voices of our end users, directly.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Scale a user panel to included users from a wider range of our client's products
Promote the user panel to stakeholder across the organization
Triage requests to speak with users
Guide stakeholders through the process of chatting with an end user
Run interview session with the user panel
Find creative ways to keep the panel engaged (e.g. moderating quarterly Q&A session)
Assist with creation of deliverable to communicate the program and share learnings
Identifying opportunities and horizontal themes from the program
Measure and track the success of the program and stakeholder and panelist satisfaction
Expand and improve based on stakeholder feedback of these materials
Production of quarterly synthesis / newsletters
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
We are looking for a UXR with strong Project Management skills, people skills and UXR skills to scale and bring this program to more and more stakeholders across the organization
Skill/Experience/Education
BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or related field –
Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
Excellent project management skills
Firm understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of various research methods, including when and how to apply them during each phase of the product development process.Desired
Creative / storytelling skills
Working knowledge of quantitative research
5+ years of experience working with qualitative research methods such as interviews, usability testing and concept testing
