Architect – Residential Sector
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
A highly successful mid-sized Architectural practice requires an Architect with notable design ability within the Residential sector to join their team in Essex.
This award-winning company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects from inception through to completion from small high-end residential developments through to large multi-unit schemes for housing developers
After securing numerous exciting project instructions, their pipeline is loaded and puts the business in a great position to grow. As such, numerous new vacancies have become available at the practice with an Architect required to become an important part of the company's future.
Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, masterplans and bespoke high-end houses.
The ideal Architect will have demonstrable experience of working within the Residential sector with a proven track record of delivering housing projects in the UK for national housebuilders. You will possess the ability to design housing layouts from scratch, using standard or bespoke house types and the ability to manage a team delivering projects with up to 1000 units.
Proven ability with masterplanning, feasibility and planning work will be highly sought after!
Architect Requirements
RIBA / ARB registered Architect
Minimum 3 years post Part 3 experience with around 10 years in industry altogether
Demonstrable experience within the Residential sector
Urban Design ability
Project delivery experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Photoshop
Good communication skills are essential
Full UK Driving License
