Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
A talented RIBA qualified Architect is required to step into an exciting role with an award-winning Architectural Design Studio in Chelmsford.
This well-established practice specialises in the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Community sectors. With a reputation for approaching their work with passion, integrity, creativity and practicality, this close-knit team pride themselves on building lasting and loyal relationships with their clients and have acquired a fantastic reputation as a highly trusted consultancy.
Currently, this practice is experiencing a major influx in projects falling within the Residential sector and are well-placed to continue to grow the business as a response to this. As such, they require an Architect that can bring a wealth of experience within this sector and the ability to run schemes of various scales from smaller developments to several hundred units.
The successful Architect will be required to work within the planning team to support the planning application process in preparing applications, design and access statements and produce presentation work to enhance the application documents, preparing design reviews, drawings and presenting to clients.
Architect Requirements:
RIBA Chartered / ARB Registered Architect
Min 2-3 years post qualification UK experience
Capable of running multiple projects simultaneously
Fully proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop & InDesign
Confident communication skills particularly in a client-facing capacity
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
