James Grace Associates is currently recruiting for an experienced Print Account Manager / customer service representative to join well-established team in the Coalville area. This is a fantastic role that offers additional perks ideal for someone with relevant experience who is wanting to develop their career as a Printing Account manager / customer service representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing new and existing clients.
Your Job as a Print Account Manager will involve….
Building strong customer relationships with new and existing clients – no sales involved
Taking orders via both telephone and email
Create product specification
Inputting data onto Label Traxx System
Providing estimates
Raising job tickets
Communicating with production
Raising purchase orders with outside suppliers
Stock management on client products where required
As a Printing Account Manager, you will have…
Knowledge of Flexographic or Lithographic printers
Background in labels or packaging industry
Experience in Microsoft Package
Experience of a Printing Account Manager / customer service executive
Technical knowledge of the industry
Ability to handle complaints effectively
Skills required:
Problem solving
Time management
Attention to detail
Organised
Negotiation
Good customer service
Technical skills required:
Microsoft office experience required
Label traxx (preferred)
Knowledge on label production and label printing processes
Experience – 3-5 years within Customer service role in a print / label / packaging industry
