Set Builder-Paris
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £2300 – £2500/month
Red Sky has an exciting opportunity for a Set Builder in France in the events industry, for one of our clients who is a leading global events company.
The role of a Set Builder is to enhance and support the clients vision using creative stage designs that complement the brand and overall message.
Essential requirements
– High school diploma, bachelor's degree in theatre or design or equivalent preferably.
– 5 years of event design or theatrical design.
– Strong drawing skills with the ability to quickly sketch a concept.
– Mastery of tools such as 3DS Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD/VectorWorks in order to present ideas to client.
– Ability to create a design based on the requirements and limits of the event (low ceilings, budgets, calendar).
– Knowledge of the hotel industry and sales processes, as well as the ability to read and decipher financial quotes and budgets.
– Previous experience in audiovisual desired
– Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
