Salary: Circa £24,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 4:30pm – overtime available

Our client is a market leader of printing in the Lancashire area, and they produce an extensive range of high-quality material including books, planners, reports and diaries in various sizes colours and formats, as well as personalised and bespoke designs.
About the role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the visual elements of printed materials, such as exercise books, planners, diaries, wide format banners & artwork amends to existing artwork.
* Required to work closely with our sales department to understand our customers’ needs in an aesthetically pleasing way.
* Designing workbooks, diaries, banners etc
* Using computer programs such as Adobe InDesign
* Designing and creating company marketing for social media platforms.
* Providing customers with proofs of their designs and making the required alterations
* Managing the printing process from concept to completion using computerised systems to create digital files.
* Operating the ICTP machines for plate making
* Printing wide format banners & Canvases
The ideal candidate:
* Will have experienced in Print Design and a minimum of a year’s experience in Graphic Design.
* You must have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Confident in Adobe InDesign
* Ability to use relevant software & design packages
* Ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexible – ability to adapt in the moment
* Creative and dynamic – think outside the box, challenge the norm
* Ability to work in a team
