We currently have an exclusive opportunity for an experienced interior designer, working with a highly established property consultancy in the heart of Cheshire.
This globally renowned company has 3 arms to their property development business; with their flagship design sector being that of bespoke, high-end student accommodation both in the North West and throughout the UK. More recently their business has diversified into other sectors; including high-end, private rental accommodation (PRS) developments, Hotels and Assisted living.
This would suit perfectly an experienced Interior Designer looking to progress in a more commercially focussed sector with a greater earning potential than a traditional design studio.
Your role will predominantly be in coordination with the in-house interior design team to deliver high-quality designs in keeping with the existing brand of this exciting company. Prospective designers will have the ability to prepare, schedule and cost all ff+e specifications.
Presenting suitable mood boards, concept designs and layout plans to external clients will also be a vital necessity. Working knowledge of the UK supplier market will also be required in order to 'hit the ground running' and immediately commence work on a range of large scale projects. Being placed at the forefront of projects of this scale and nature will allow you develop new skills and enhance your existing abilities in keeping with the ethos of the company.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' proven experience operating at a high level. Preferably you will have experience in the hospitality sectors and knowledge of Student accommodation design.
Proven experience in handling the above will be essential, as will the ability to adhere to strict time and budget constraints.
