The Digital Project Manager position offers a basic salary between £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, upper end for accomplished Project Managers with proven track records and able to hit the ground running.
You'll also get the additional benefits of contributory pension, professional development, social events, company workstation and laptop (Mac or PC according to your preference). The role can be remote-based reporting into the Norwich HQ, office-based in Norwich full-time, or hybrid.

The Role
As a member of a growing client services team, you'll be responsible for first-class leadership on digital design and development projects, as well as ongoing iterative, support and maintenance needs, for an interesting range of clients.
Primary duties will comprise…
– Leading client meetings/presentations and participating in pitches for new work
– Producing relevant documentation for clients, partners, designers, and developers, including proposals, quotations and technical specifications
– Scoping strategic and commercial goals/opportunities, overseeing project delivery, and providing impeccable ongoing support
– Building and nurturing client relationships by being attentive, detail-focused and identifying ongoing opportunities, always maintaining consistently high levels of service.

The Candidate
– Do you work well as part of a team, keen to help, support, empower one another and share ideas?
– Do you have good technical understanding, including how websites and apps are built?
– Have you got experience of UX, CRO and technical SEO?
– Are you highly organised, able to plan meticulously and have outstanding attention to detail?
– Are you self-disciplined and able to make well-informed, carefully considered decisions?
– Are you comfortable working and liaising with clients, developers, designers, and marketers alike?
– Do you have excellent written and communication skills?
