Part 2 Architectural Assistant required to join a friendly SME sized Architectural Practice located in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Our client, best known for their work within the Residential Sector have been established for over 40 years and employ a close nit team of highly experienced Architectural Professionals which is dedicated to providing an exceptional Architectural experience to their core client base. They have a particular niche within the Residential Sector which consists of Individual bespoke homes to include mews type houses, terraces and town houses. They also specialise in large new build sites typically up to 40 acres and have worked on various industrial schemes.
This is a small, yet highly ambitious Architectural practice are now looking to hire a talented RIBA Part 2 Assistant. They are looking to grow their business in a measured way: To accommodate for an ever-increasing workload whilst retaining the core values and culture of their business.
Their current staff have mostly been with the company for a minimum of 5 years and their Director brings a modern and youthful approach to running the business whilst retaining the core values that have made them such a success. They have a culture of internal promotion and are keen to push younger and 'lesser-experienced' members of staff through the ranks, included in this are those at Architectural Assistant level. This is somewhere that you will be given job-running responsibilities, be given support from Senior members of staff and most importantly be rewarded for it with a good salary and benefits package.

* RIBA Part 2 qualification.
* Minimum of 1 year of industry experience within an Architectural Practice.
* Well rounded construction knowledge.
* Good interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external teams.
* AutoCAD skills are essential, REVIT is preferable as well but not essential, training can be provided.
* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop are also a minimum requirement
* Lives local to Huddersfield
* Full driving licence with access to a car.
