In this position the successful Senior Graphic Designer will take responsibility for taking the lead in the project lifecycle of their blue-chip sized clients to create custom built e-learning designs with the user constantly in mind whilst still working as a multi-disciplinary team to develop, modify and fulfil the best possible creative outcomes. A typical creative workload for a Senior Graphic Designer will include sourcing images, producing graphical artwork, interactive layouts and visual assets including animations whilst mentoring and leading their team.
The perfect Senior Graphic Designer candidate will have great prior experience ideally in the e-learning sector preparing graphical templates and online digital content. Due to the specific nature of the workload, knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and a strong digital portfolio of work would be advantageous for this Senior Graphic Design vacancy.
We are looking for talented Senior Graphic Designers who are able to meet these key requirements:
* Passion for UI/UX focussed digital design
* Experience of mentoring a digital design team and leading a creative process
* Basic use of HTML, .CSS and Javascript to manipulate digital outputs
* An ability to work proactively and empathetically to client briefs
* Around 5 years previous experience in a similar senior design based role
* Strong working skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign & XD
* Daily working knowledge of MS Office tools – Powerpoint, Word etc.
* Positive and calm under pressure with a bright, can-do attitude
* Be able to display ideas with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Utilise a broad range of techniques including image manipulation, illustration animation and typography
